Do you have a physical store?

No we are only online. But we provide free shipping and returns to our customers in Scandinavia and the EU.

Do you sell earrings as a piece or as a pair?

All our earrings are sold as a pair. The exception is earcuffs, which we sell as 1 pc.

Where is the jewelry made?

We produce our jewelry in audited and certified factories in Taiwan and Thailand. The design of quality assurance takes place in our studio in Hørsholm, Denmark.

What is your jewelry made of?

All our jewelry is made of 925 Sterling silver. Some models are plated with 18 kt gold or rhodium. All our jewelry is nickel free.

Does the jewelry contain nickel?

All our jewelry is made of 925 Sterling silver. All our jewelry is nickel free.

Do you use recycled silver?

Yes, our factory is certified to be sustainable in every step of the production process. We recycle up to 90% of Sterling silver.

Delivery and returns

Can I pick up the jewelry myself?

A.Brask is a webshop and we are only online. We ship from our warehouse in Denmark. We therefore do not offer pick-up.

When will I get my money back?

We all process returns once a week. However, we make reservations for holidays and illness, therefore we say that we process return packages within 14 days.

We refund the money through the same payment method that has been used to make the order. You will receive an email from us when we have refunded the money. Then the money is in your account within 1-3 banking days.

How do I return?

We offer free returns to our customers in European Union. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Order a return slip and a free package label via this link.

Do you deliver abroad?

We only deliver to Scandinavia and EU countries.

Complaints

The jewelry is broken. What do I do?

Send us documentation in the form of pictures and your order number to quality@abrask.com

 If you have bought the jewelery within the current 2 years, we will send you a new piece of jewelery.

The jewelry has a small manufacturing defect

All our jewelry is handmade and our shapes are organic. Therefore, production will vary slightly. As a starting point, all defects that can not be seen from a distance of 30 cm with the eye, will pass our quality assurance test and is not considered a production defect.

We’ll be happy to send you a new pair. Write in the return slip that you want it exchanged for a new pair.

The jewelry has become black / spotted
