Below you will find our conditions for resp. private and business.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, download, display, transmit or transmit any part of the Website without our written permission. It is permitted to print or download pages for personal and non-commercial use. If you are in doubt about what is allowed, feel free to contact us with any questions.

Payment

You can pay by card, ViaBill, PayPal or with Mobilepay .
We do not charge card fees.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. Then you have to pay yours
monthly benefit on the 20th of each month. And
If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.
If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill terminates.
ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.
Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Delivery

A.Brask arranges delivery through GLS and PostNord

Delivery outside Denmark: Price for international delivery is between 65 DKK- 120 DKK, depending on your country. We offer FREE delivery for orders over 750 DKK. Delivery takes 3-8 business days. You can see the prices and delivery time in your shopping cart.

You can always track your shipment via the Track & Trace number you receive when ordering.

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 30 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day where you receive the last item.
The deadline implies , that you have 30 days from the reception to let us know you want
undo your purchase. You can send an email to info@abrask.dk or use ours contact form.
Undoing part of the purchase
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase. You can also not keep the volume discount if your order value, after returning part of the purchase, falls below the minimum amount for volume discount.

The condition of the item when you send it back

0.-14. day: If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in another way,
than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product,
you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item
commercial value, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in value of the goods. And
15.-30. day:
The item must be returned in the same condition as upon receipt in original packaging.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase , you get your money back. If the item is impaired,
we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery cost is (however not extra deliveries costs in the cases where you have chosen another
form of delivery, than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), within 14 days from the day we received your notification , that you will regret the agreement.
We returns the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you sends us
documentation of having returned it.

Right of complaint

Abrask.com has two years warranty. This covers defects from components or manufacturing detected during normal use. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by improper use, poor maintenance, use of force or unauthorized repair. Complaints about errors and defects, which should be discovered during normal inspection, must be reported to Abrask within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, if agreed, to credit. Abrask covers reasonable costs for return due to errors that have been approved.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping, then we can reimburse your shipping costs.
